Apart from meeting the teacher in class, students seldom have the opportunity to communicate with the teacher. According to statistic, only 2% of respondents reported being able to communicate with teachers during their spare time, while 90% had little or no communication outside of class.

How might we design a service that helps communication become more effective between university-level teachers and students?
User Research
A questionnaire was conducted among university-level students. We found 37.1% students are having difficulties in learning but only 4.8% of them would put forward immediately.
79% students think the existing communication channels are not effective and professors don't know students' opinions.
Qualitative Interviews
In order to understand educators' wants and needs, I conducted in-depth interviews with university-level professors. This helped me to know more about their daily life and to find out what is the most important aspect in their career lives.
